About the firm

Alexandra Plus Ltd. was founded at May 4, 2000.

Base of the firm ideology is creation of conditions for full disclosing creative potential of not only our employees, but also the experts of various branches of industry working on the partner enterprises.

For last five years the number of customers of our products has reached 257, and the enterprises which contractual relations are established with has reached 282 and this number continues to increase.

We are equally respectfull to all our customers regardless of their «weight» category. But for confirmation of a technological level of our development it is necessary to note especially the enterprises which make pride of Russian (and not only) industry and which already apply the equipment, made by Alexandra Plus. They are: Norilsk Nickel, Novolipetsk Steel, SeverStal, Kazzinc (Kazakhstan), Western ship-repair yard (Lithuania), Uralkhimmash, more than twenty enterprises of Russian Railways, more than fifty enterprises of alcohol industry of Russia and the countries of former Soviet Union, the big number of the enterprises of hardware, cable and electrode industry in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. We perform especially complex orders for the several enterprises of defense industry.

Distinctive feature of our work is the technological approach. Our experts develop technology for a concrete technical problem, select necessary parameters of the ultrasonic equipment, project it, and the production and support service provides its manufacturing and start at the consumer. Certainly, we use ultrasonic modules (core of the equipment) only of our own manufacture. More than 50 variants of modules (generators and resonant transducers) are applied now.

We involve technical experts of the partner enterprises in the development of technology. They help us not only to adapt ultrasonic technology to solve concrete industrial problem, but also frequently help to optimize parameters of ultrasonic processing. Except this we actively cooperate with leading Russian centers of science in the field of food biotechnologies, ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy, the ore dressing industry, Institute of physical chemistry of the Russian Academy of Science, institutes of defense industry, the Moscow State University. In the majority of the mentioned institutes our laboratory devices work. Such approach allows us to connect operatively to the problem solving not only engineers, but also leading scientists from various areas of science. One of the results of this cooperation is creation of objects of the intellectual property on which we have more than ten patents, and number of their authors more than threefold exceeds the number of regular employees of the firm.

In 2003 Alexandra Plus, and also the Government of the Vologda Region and Administration of Vologda have founded JSC Technopark — a business incubator, which basic purpose is to help the small innovative enterprises at their creation and at the first stages of their activity. In 2004 such two enterprises have already started to work.

Natural result of our work for five years is creation of pre-production models of equipment which leading design offices and branch institutes have become interested in. We are ready to expansion of cooperation in any form: from license contracting to creation of joint development and manufactures. And not only in Russia. After presentation of some our projects in China we have started creation of joint company in Harbin, using powerful system of state support of the innovative enterprises. And features of development of the Russian-Ukrainian relations stimulate creation of joint company in Ukraine. There is the big need for application of ultrasonic technologies for metallurgy and the railway.

We have not yet stopped in the development and our slogan «from idea up to an embodiment» will bring satisfaction not only to our employees, but also to the visitors of our site.
