Abilities of ultrasound to accelerate different processes in liquids, including processes of cleaning, are well-known. Ultrasonic cleaning has found wide application in many areas of the industry.

Cleaning of glass bottles is one of the most important technological operations at distilleries. Especially it concerns returnable containers and bottles which were kept improperly for a long time.

Ultrasonic bottle washing machine DLK-3 has well recommended itself for removal of proof pollution, not washing away by standard bottle washing machines. DLK-3 is simple and reliable in use, easily adapts for cleaning of bottles of any size and form.

As it is known, one of parameters of glass bottle quality is water resistance which is determined by a method of leaching and is regulated by state standards.

The parameter of water resistance can exceed allowable values if bottles were stored in not heated rooms or on open air. Such bottles cannot be used in manufacture, the owner has to utilize them, what is especially appreciable for expensive souvenir bottles.

Long researches and experimental works have shown that ultrasonic processing solves this problem. Processing the damaged internal surface of a bottle with ultrasound, it is possible to restore its water resistance up to normative level. This work can be also carried out using DLK-3.

Processes of extraction of vegetatable raw material are widely used in manufacture of alcoholic and soft drinks. The basic disadvantage of this process is its duration reaching in some cases several weeks. As the experience shows, it is possible to increase the speed of extraction essentially with the help of ultrasound.

Experiences on extraction from dried fruits, grasses, coffee-beans and other materials have shown the acceleration of process in 2—4 times. It is established also, that the ultrasound essentially increases an output of extracted substances.

The ultrasonic equipment can be applied also to hashing liquids, to reception of finely dispersed suspensions, dissolution of solids, clarification of alcoholic fruit juices.

The described processes can be carried out both in special ultrasonic extractors, and with the help of ultrasonic modules, built into the operative equipment.

Except the ultrasonic equipment we also offer bottle conveyors of our own design. The conveyors are made of modern materials (an aluminum base, glass-polyamide composite), that allows to avoid corrosion, to dispense with painting.

The advantages of our conveyors are the following: ease of assembly, smoothness of starting and noiselessness.

Applicators of our design are used for automatic attaching of regional excise stamps to bottles. These automatic devices are easily built into conveyors, including of our design.
